On Friday, December 17, 2021, York School District One is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic opportunity at York Comprehensive High School. This clinic is open for any child age 5 and up, as well as their parents & guardians. We are asking parents to sign up for an appointment time to allow us to plan appropriately and spread out participants. Please visit this form to sign up for an appointment time.
This clinic is available for Pfizer first & second doses (following the November 23rd clinic) as well as booster doses.
Parents or guardians of students are responsible for transporting their child to York Comprehensive High School for the clinic and being present during the vaccine administration.
The clinic will be open Friday, December 17, 2021, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please take your student to YCHS during this window of time, entering the Bus Parking Lot off Lincoln Road and look for the signs. You will check in and complete some initial paperwork prior to receiving the Pfizer vaccine. YCHS students with appropriate permission forms will be dismissed from class to receive the vaccination.
As a reminder, any individual who has been fully vaccinated or is immune to COVID-19 (has had a confirmed positive diagnosis in the last 90 days) is not subject to quarantine criteria.
