My name is Patricia T Dubose.  Most people call me Patty. I am married to Charlie Dubose.  We have three beautiful, successful daughters and 5 grandchildren. I graduated from Winthrop College with an English and Sociology degree. I have 38 years, or more, working with children and students. To be specific, my employment career began with me tutoring and working at Chester County Public Library as a children’s book coordinator.  From there on, I was employed as a child protective service coordinator at Chester County Department of Social Services, and I was employed at Chester High School as a tutor and mentor, where I provided necessities for students to acquire an education. Currently, I’m employed at Jefferson Elementary School in York County School District 1. Below is a list of a few things that enjoy doing: Refurbishing antique furniture, Exercising, Word search, Reading, Writing, Shopping, Attending Church, Visiting with my mom and daughters, Working with children, and Traveling.  Most of all, I enjoy spending time in my “She Shed” where there is serenity, quietness, and peace.  There, I can read my Bible, meditate and get things done without disruption.

• I am the mental health counselor serving students at several other schools in York School District One.
• I am a wife (21 years on 11/11) and mother of two young adults who are currently away at college. 
• I am a (twice) Winthrop graduate. 
• I enjoy spending time with my family. Christian, jazz, and oldies are my favorite types of music. I’m trying to get back into skating again, but it’s a lot harder in my 40s than it was as a teen/young adult.  
• Brick oven pizza is my favorite, but bread is not my friend. 
• I know how to swim, but don't like the deep areas of the pool or ocean because I can't feel the bottom. Interesting... I know. 

 My name is Rebekah Hinson and I am the Behavior Interventionist here at JES.  I was on staff at Chester Park Elementary School Of The Arts last year. I am finishing up my last semester of school (thank GOODNESS)  and will have a degree in Psychology from The University Of South Carolina.  My husband Jason and I have been married since 2011 and have 3 boys together Colbyn(9) Aiken(5) and Bricksyn(4). All 3 boys are heavily involved in sports and we LIVE at the ball field the majority of the year. We love spending our fall Saturday’s at Willy B watching the Gamecocks play!!  Tom Brady, Sour Patch Kids and Dr.Pepper are my most favorite things! I am so excited to be at JES and can’t wait to see what this year has in store!
