Teacher Supply Cards

Teacher supply funds will be distributed to teachers in the form of a check on the first day teachers are to report for work for school year.

Teachers must complete the teacher supply expenditure report and submit to school bookkeeper.  Teachers should also keep a copy of the completed form along with detailed receipts for a period of at least 3 years.
