Learn - The York School District One instructional team will engage administrators and teachers in quality professional learning that will support the continued growth and implementation of effective instructional practices.

Teach - York School District One administrators and teacher leaders will utilize their new knowledge to model and support peers and colleagues with implementing effective instructional practices.

Coach - To support full implementation of the framework for effective teaching and learning, administrators and teachers must have deep coaching that is responsive and personalized. Feedback to encourage and support teachers in refining their skill sets is necessary.

Require - After participating in the learn, teach, and coaching cycle, teachers are now ready to engage in required instructional practices with confidence and skills that sustain improved student achievement and engagement.
