I am PROUD to serve the HGS family as principal!  I attended Hickory Grove Elementary, York Jr. High, and a graduate of YCHS!   I received my under-graduate degree from Erskine College, Due West, SC.  I also received my master’s degree in Administration and Leadership from Gardner-Webb University, Boiling Springs, NC.  I have worked as an educator for nineteen years serving children in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, Lancaster County Schools, SC, and York School District One.  I served nine years as an assistant principal and three years as principal.  I reside in Hickory Grove and it is my pleasure to serve my community first-hand!  I reside with my husband and two daughters, Ella and Piper.  I love the outdoors in boating, fishing, riding ATVs, the beach, and spending time with my family.

I love my school and am so excited to serve my community!  I taught second and third grades in both Chester and York Counties for seven years before becoming the assistant principal at HGSE. I have always loved and still love everything about school!

I live in Hickory Grove with my husband and two daughters, Addie and Reagan.  I love shopping, taking our boat to the lake with my family, road trips, four wheelers, reading, and swimming.
