HCJ Spirit Rock

The HCJ Spirit Rock!
Our Spirit Rock is located in front of our school near the flagpole. Families may rent the rock for $6 per day (3 day maximum) to recognize birthdays, accomplishments, celebrations, well-wishes or congratulatory messages.
All funds collected go to the HCJ PTO.
Guidelines:
1- The rock reservations are $6 for one day, with a 3 consecutive day maximum. You may paint the rock after 3pm the day before your reservation. For example, if you rent the rock for October 5, then you may paint the rock after 3 pm on October 4.
2- Reservation requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis via Sign-Up Genius (see below). Dates may fill up, so please be understanding.
3- All fees must be paid online through Sign-Up Genius. Funds are non-refundable. If you wish to sign up for more than one day, then you must fill out the sign up slot for each of the days you want to reserve.
4- Once you have paid online, you must send in a sketch of the message you will paint on the rock to the HCJ office. You may not paint a message that has not been approved. The proof form is included with the HCJ reservation form below.
5 - IMPORTANT! - All things painted on the spirit rock must be in good taste and approved on the reservation form. Your message or image may not contain weapons, drugs, profanity, or inappropriate messages of any kind. (HCJ reserves the right to cover up or paint over anything deemed inappropriate.)
6- HCJ PTO will initial approval of art work and reservation form BEFORE painting may take place. Artwork may not be altered once approved.
7- When you rent the rock, it is your responsibility to paint the rock using your own paint and materials. (acrylic and/or spray paint)
