At the October 2022 YSD1 Board of Trustees meeting, Jefferson Elementary School Principal Mattie Hughes and Assistant Principal Megan Hoyt presented their INTENTIONAL and COMMITTED efforts to do what is best for students.

Their presentation featured intentional planning and collaboration, interventions and enrichment time, awareness of self and others, and commitment to their Because I Said I Would experience.
