Remote Learning Day on March 18, 2021 Due to Severe Weather Forecast

In anticipation of severe weather and unsafe travel conditions, York School District One will shift to eLearning for Thursday, March 18, 2021.  This means all students will participate in eLearning following previous Remote Learning schedules.

The forecast is predicting widespread severe weather with several tornadoes and/or numerous severe thunderstorms, some of which may produce large hail after 12 p.m. The decision to shift to eLearning ensures that learning continues while keeping York One students, parents and staff safely off the roadways during the time when severe weather is expected to impact our area.

Additionally, all after-school activities, events and programs in York School District One for Thursday, March 18, have been canceled.  This includes all athletics/fine arts and other extracurricular activities, meetings and events.
