On Tuesday, April 18th Tyson Blanton with Duke Energy presented a donation to Floyd D. Johnson Technology Center in celebration of National Lineworker Appreciation Day.

Utility Lineworker Rodeo
On Wednesday, April 26th, Floyd D Johnson Technology Center held its 3rd Annual Utility Lineworker Rodeo. Ten students from York One Schools and Clover School District showcased their skills in front of district staff, York Tech staff, and potential employers who have also been partners for the program. In addition, the students had resumes on hand so that they could introduce themselves to future employers.
