On Friday, May 12, 2023 - also National #SchoolCommunicatorsDay - the YSD1 Marketing Team was recognized five times at the SC/NSPRA Rewards for Excellence, including one Best in Show.

The YSD1 Marketing Team includes Josh Bovill, Tim Cooper, Becky Funderburk, and Jessica Koon, who create engaging and quality content all while serving in other full-time roles.

Together, they manage our social media accounts and website, create special digital and print publications, and work collaboratively and creatively to tell our YSD1 Story. We congratulate them on their success and thank them for sharing student voices, strengthening community ties, and highlighting the incredible things happening in York One Schools.
